Lead Lighting Designer

Limelight Landscape Lighting, LLC was founded in Knoxville, TN by Lance Asti. As both a Certified Lighting Designer and Luxor Specialist, Lance has the design knowledge and access to the very best technology in the industry.

Before beginning his career as a Landscape Lighting Designer, Lance was a collegiate swim coach at Clemson University, LSU, and most recently as the Associate Head Men’s Swim Coach at the University of Tennessee.

During his coaching career, Lance’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail granted him the ability to coach U.S. Olympians, American Record Holders. He was selected to coach Team USA at the 2018 World Championships in Hangzhou, China. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee and Master’s Degree at Ohio University.

When not working, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Lizzy and his 3 children, Bryden, Gaines, and Campbell. He is also passionate about the outdoors, gardening, backpacking, and anything to get out in the fresh air.

Landscape Lighting Site Manager

DeShon is our site manager and leading our Holiday Lighting division. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tennessee along with Reliability and Maintainability. 

After graduating, he joined Limelight and has been instrumental in our success.  He is passionate about illuminating Knoxville’s beautiful neighborhoods.  In his free time, DeShon enjoys playing board games, video games, and watching UT sports.  He also enjoys fishing, biking, and spending time with friends and family.

Landscape Lighting Technician

Kelley has taken the lead on Limelight’s Outdoor Audio division and is a member of the install team.

Kelley is a student at the University of Tennessee working on his degree in Sustainability and a self-proclaimed audiophile who enjoys everything about the Audio/Video niche. When he is not working, he enjoys tinkering with his cars or enjoying his home theatre.

Landscape Lighting Graphic Designer

Kaylee is our graphic designer and will be handling digital and print design collateral within our company. She graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Lee University.

Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her husband, Dylan, and with her friends through games nights, movies, and eating meals together. She loves cooking, running, traveling, and being active outdoors in any way possible. She finds her creative outlet sketching, painting, and small design projects.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys spending time with his close friends and is a fighter/coach for Knoxville Martial Arts Academy. He is an amateur fighter now but aims to become a pro and has goals to make it as far as he can. When Seth was in college, he swam at the Univ. of Tennessee under Associate Head Men’s Swim Coach, Lance Asti.

David is a Knoxville native who enjoys long walks with his cats and hot days on the lake. In David’s free time he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and going fishing with his family.

Our Junior Technician Program was established in 2023 as a way to impact the next generation of Knoxvillle youth. This position is for high school students on their summer break and has a highly flexible schedule to accommodate family summer plans. Through this program, we work to instill values like integrity, work ethic, and craftsmanship that can be carried into any future career. We also teach the Junior Techs how to use a variety of tools and the fundamentals of outdoor lighting installation. We hope to lay a foundation for these employees to build a successful future for themselves.
